IECS has since June 2009 been organizing School Leadership Programs for Aspiring Leaders for Future Schools. Participants are Board Members, Managers, Principals, Heads, Vice-Principals, Co-coordinators, HOD’s and Senior Teachers.

INDIRA EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES Dear Educators, Our Country needs Educational Leaders. Explosion of knowledge, stiff competition, increase in demand for Holistic, Quality Education and the growing number of Educational Institutions; makes it imperative that we have Leaders in Educational Institutions, who can cater to the needs and aspirations of the pupils, parents, teachers, management, society and all other stake holders. Such Leaders have to be trained and mentored for meeting the expectations of the Future Learning Society. IECS organises School Leadership Workshops thrice a year (June, September and December), at India International Centre –Delhi. Besides, Leadership Workshops for ‘Principals of Future Schools’ were organised at Jammu, Varanasi, Ludhiana, Faridabad, GHPS-Delhi, Rampur, Bhopal and Jaipur. IECS will be organising a 03-Day Leadership Workshops at India International Centre-Delhi, on 26-28 December 2014. IECS intends to share experiences with and provide exposure to the aspiring candidates who are going to be the Future Principals, and also those who would like to be abreast of the latest in School Governance, Administration, Pedagogy, Quality Assessment and Accreditation and how they can make a Difference? Participants can be Senior Teachers, Academic Supervisors, Heads, Vice Principals, Principals, Managers, Directors and Members of the Management of Educational Institutions. Participation Fee of Rs: 12000/ (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) for the 03-Day Workshop is payable by Cheque (at par) in favour of INDIRA EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES- NOIDA. Each Participant will be provided Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Certificate of Participation, Writing Material and Hand Outs etc. Out-station participants will have to make their own stay and transport arrangements at Delhi.IECS is keeping the number of Participants to the minimum and will accept Registrations / Nominations, on First Come First Serve Basis.
